We can provide a single maintenance contract. Significant cost and time savings can be achieved through a co-ordinate single maintenance contract.
AMCs are offered to tailor individual customer needs with the number of visits (regular and breakdown) as per requirement. One time visit is also offered. Regular visits include general or preventive maintenance activities. System health checkup is done and abnormalities observed are corrected as per respective technical manuals. Preventive maintenance involves full strip down of the mechanical systems. with a detailed review of the amplifier and auxiliary equipment. All defective or worn parts are replaced and the system is rebuilt to its original specification. The number of strip downs likely is determined by test profile and the number of hours the system is used.
On-site Engineer:
For projects involving high critical testing, we offer constant on-site engineer support.
System Health-check Visit:
This involves a basic system review to check reliability and includes a full report itemising any faults and recommendations. This can be requested at any time as part of your annual maintenance programme or to provide performance assurances prior to critical tests.
Component Level Service:
We also provide in-house component level service for specific electronic and mechanical issues in Vibration test system.
